Meet Our Team

My name is Lynn ONeil, and I am a passionate educator with a deep commitment to helping students succeed. I hold a degree in Elementary Education (K-8) with minors in Geology, Mathematics, Library Science, and Psychology, which has given me a well-rounded perspective on teaching and learning. Over my 12 years in the classroom, I’ve had the privilege of working with students across various grade levels, developing curriculum, and tailoring instruction to meet diverse learning needs.

For the past three years, I’ve been fortunate to work with Tutor Doctor as an Educational Consultant and Tutor Recruiter. In this role, I get to do what I love most—connecting students with the right tutors to help them thrive. I take great pride in finding talented, passionate educators and matching them with families who need personalized support. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a student gain confidence and succeed because they have the right tutor guiding them. Working with Tutor Doctor has been an incredibly fulfilling experience. I love being part of a team that is dedicated to making a difference in students’ lives. Every day, I have the opportunity to support both tutors and families, ensuring that learning is accessible, engaging, and effective. Helping students reach their potential and empowering tutors to do what they do best is truly my passion, and I feel grateful to be able to make such a meaningful impact.
