As a teacher and vice principal in British Columbia’s school system for 20+ years, Johan Melissen knows the transformative power of a quality education. Johan has experience in classrooms from K-12 and is passionate about finding solutions to the unique learning and relational needs of students and their families. Married to Adrienne and blessed with four school-aged children, Johan was drawn to Tutor Doctor because of his firsthand experience with the power of in-home 1-1 tutoring. His ambition is to ensure every student receives the guidance and support they need to succeed academically and beyond.
